Suis Butcher is one of my favorite steak restaurant in Bandung. Suis short for Superior Indonesia Super Cow. Originally Suis Butcher only sell fresh cut meat. But in 1994, Suis Butcher make reforms, hookah bar song changing the butcher shop into a restaurant that serves meat specials. The first restaurant opened in Jl. Dr Setia Budi, then the second branch opened in Jl. RE. Inhale, and the third branch was opened in one of the mall in Bandung, Dago Plaza. All three are in a strategic location.
When the wife drove graduation, hookah bar song a month ago, Suis Butcher Dago Plaza is our choice for dinner. Simply by walking us to the location, as the hotel which we rent close to Dago Plaza. Dago Plaza is a mall that is usually crowded hookah bar song with young people Bandung on weekends. Not to shop, but just hanging out or dinner while enjoying live music. The atmosphere inside is quite comfortable Suis Butcher, music played with the volume that is not too hard to make us calm. The restaurant is quite spacious although being in a mall. Dim lighting create a romantic atmosphere. If you want to enjoy live music, we can choose to sit on the outside (probably the same area for visitors who smoke).
Suis Butcher has a fairly diverse menu. Starting from the grill steak with choice of chicken, beef, and mutton. Suis specialty serving of processed meat such as beef menu cordon bleu, beef bratwurst, chicken kiev, until salmon. And other dishes such as burgers or pasta. I chose the entrecote cafe de paris and my wife tried the tenderloin parmegiana. To drink we ordered lemon squash and strawberry juice.
Entrecote cafe de paris is steak with cafe de paris sauce, the sauce was popularized hookah bar song by the restaurant Cafe de Paris in Geneva, served with fresh vegetables and potato waffles. Naturally, the price is also much different, almost half the price of entrecote cafe de paris. Meat tastes a little lost because too spicy. My conclusion, this parmegiana tenderloin taste mediocre, nothing too special, but still worth a try, comparable in taste and price. hookah bar song Overall, I am satisfied with the flavors offered Suis Butcher.
